Michael Chaplain, 33 of Jamestown passed away July 5, 2020. He was born July 4, 1987 in Jamestown the son of Andrew Chaplain and Laura Walzack.

After earning his GED Mike worked as a self-employed handyman. His greatest achievement in life was his children.

Michael is survived by his son, Jack L. Sheldon, his 3 daughters, his Father Andrew Chaplain, his brothers, John and David Walzack, his grandparents, Patricia Walzack and Emilio Colon, and his partner Miranda Estelle Evans.

Michael is preceded in death by his Mother, Laura Lynn Walzack.

Visitation will be Tuesday July 14, 2020 from 5-7 p.m. at Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

Inurnment will be private.
