A memorial service for Barbara A. Stephan, 77, formerly of Tanglewood Manor in Jamestown, who died peacefully Sept. 13, 2016, at Absolut Care of Westfield, will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016, in the Lind Funeral Home. Visitation will not be observed.
