City man charged after tying puppy’s legs with cord
A Jamestown man has been charged in an animal cruelty case.
City police report Daysean Braswell-Adams, 26, was connected to a complaint they received around 10:14 a.m. Saturday on the south side.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the complainant, who reported that when she returned home, she observed her pit bull exiting her roommate’s bedroom with a charging cord tied around its front paws. The puppy was reportedly yelping and crying as a result.
Following an investigation, officers identified the suspect as Braswell-Adams. Braswell-Adams was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
He was later released on an appearance ticket to be in court later.
