North County Drug Busts Lead To Charges For 10

Ten individuals are facing charges after a pair of search warrants took place at residences by narcotics investigators from multiple agencies early Friday that turned up drugs, cash and weapons in Silver Creek and Sheridan.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, The City of Jamestown Police Department, the City of Dunkirk Police Department, and the Drug Enforcement Administration all participated in the warrants. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s SWAT made entrance at 18 Parkway St. in Silver Creek and the Jamestown Police SWAT along with Dunkirk Police special response team made entrance at 10530 Center Road in the Sheridan. As a result of the searches Investigators seized 11.05 grams of crack cocaine, scales and packaging material for the sale and distribution of narcotics and $1,120 in currency at the Silver Creek location.

At the Sheridan location investigators seized 5.4 grams of crack cocaine, 130 dosage units of suboxone, a loaded .357 revolver and an assault rifle.

Rico Pennyamon, 37, of Buffalo, Charles Braswell, 36, of Buffalo, Jesse Nahrebeski, 28, of Silver Creek, Bethany Pembelton, 40, of Silver Creek and Colette Cymerman, 53, of Angola was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Edward Carpenter, 52, of Silver Creek and Jennifer Newark, 33, of Silver Creek were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia. Carpenter was additionally charged with first-degree criminal nuisance.

Davontay McCall, 24, of Sheridan, and Ameer Miller, 22, of Buffalo, were charged with two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and fifth=degree criminal possession of a controlled substance . Miller was additionally charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and he had two outstanding arrest warrants. Jason Dolce, 37, of Sheridan, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon 2nd and criminal possession of a firearm. Charges are pending for Savannah Daley, 26, of Sheridan. Carpenter and Newark were issued tickets while the others were transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for the centralized arraignment program. The investigation is ongoing.
