Emergency responders were summoned to the Regal Service Jackson Avenue Warehouse on Thursday afternoon for a reported collision between two forklift operators. Crews from Celoron, Lakewood and Alstar Ambulance responded to the scene inside the warehouse, located at 101 Jackson Ave., just after 2 p.m. A fire official said two people were transported via Celoron and Lakewood ambulances to UPMC Chautauqua WCA with undisclosed injuries. No further information was immediately available.
