JAMESTOWN POLICE - Jason M. Seekings, 38, of Lakewood was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony, at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday after city police officers pulled his vehicle over on Linden Avenue near Myrtle Street. Officers found Seekings was allegedly using a forged dealer license plate on the vehicle. During the course of the investigation it was determined that Jason M. Fourth St. City police officers were assisting the county Probation Department. Carlson had an outstanding arrest warrant from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office in Warren, was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – SINCLAIRVILLE – A morning fire has been labeled incendiary. On Tuesday around 10 a.m. the Sinclairville Fire Department and several mutual aid fire departments responded to East Avenue in the village of Sinclairville for a residential structure fire. After extinguishing the fire, the Chautauqua County Fire Investigation Team was requested to the scene to conduct an origin and cause fire investigation. Mosley, 37, of Jamestown was charged with resisting arrest, second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 6:04 p.m. Sunday after officers reportedly saw Mosley walking near Myrtle Street and Newland Avenue knowing she had outstanding arrest warrants from another police agency. McCarty, 54, of Clymer was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 6:57 p.m. Wednesday after city police officers saw her in the area of Liberty and East Eighth streets knowing she had an outstanding arrest warrant.
