JAMESTOWN POLICE - Two Jamestown residents face charges after city police officers responded to a request from Child Protective Services on the city’s west side at 12:37 p.m. Friday. According to a police report, during a home check, CPS workers discovered that the living conditions in the residence were deplorable. The Department of Development was also contacted due to the unhealthy living conditions. Officers charged Fernando Mojica Reyes, 25, and Mariangel Velazquez Rosario, 37.
