CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT - BEMUS POINT – At around 1:06 a.m. Saturday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Bemus Point-Ellery Road. The operator was identified as Abigail M. Jenkins, 25, of Rittman, Ohio. Further investigation found Jenkins to be driving while intoxicated. Jenkins was charged with DWI, and speed in zone. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – HANOVER – Michelle Julian, 41, of Hanover was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment. It is alleged that around 9 p.m. Julian was involved in an altercation and did strike an individual. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Town of Hanover Court at a later date.

Hampton, 33, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 9:30 a.m. Monday after officers were flagged down by a person near North Main Street and West 15th Street. The woman said Hampton allegedly broke her cellphone. Hampton was reportedly found a few blocks away.
