JAMESTOWN POLICE - Ashley E. Lindgren, 30, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny at 9:36 a.m. Friday after officers responded to a past-tense larceny complaint at an address on the east side. Upon arrival, they spoke with the man. It’s alleged Lindgren had taken property that did not belong to her. Lindgren was present at the scene when the officers arrived and was charged without incident. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Scott E. Moore, 50, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal possession of cannabis at 4:07 a.m. Thursday after officers on patrol in the area of the Washington Street bridge saw Moore walking knowing he had a warrant from Jamestown City Court for failing to appear in court. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – KIANTONE – Rachel Waldron, 32, of Kiantone was charged with disorderly conduct early Monday morning. It is alleged that deputies responded to noise complaints coming from Walddron’s residence around 12:15 a.m. and she allegedly refused to comply with deputies’ orders. Upon arrival, deputies identified the property owner to be Rachael Waldron, 32. Bauernfeind, 47, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a north side address for a domestic dispute. Through investigation it was found that Bauernfeind allegedly strangled a person, which caused physical injury, punched the person and broke a bathroom door inside of the residence. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Luis A. Deleon-Lopez, 34, of Jamestown was charged with felony second-degree burglary and third-degree assault at 8 a.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a 911 hang-up call.
