CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – MAYVILLE – Larry Passinger, 57, and Alexis Passinger, 25, have both been charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. It is alleged that on April 8, both Larry and Alexis were involved in an altercation at a place of business on West Lake Road. Larry was found to have verbally threatened the safety of an employee multiple times before leaving the establishment, along with Alexis later calling and threatening the same employee multiple times as well. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — At around 10:15 p.m. Friday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on Route 60 in the city of Jamestown. The operator was identified as Kevin R. Martin, 25, of Jamestown. Further investigation found Martin to be operating the motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. Martin was charged with DWAI-drugs, failure to keep right, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. Martin will answer for his charges on a later date and time. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Tyler A. Perez, 41, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and resisting arrest at 4:45 p.m. Thursday after city police officers saw Perez leaving a south side business knowing he had a felony warrant issued by Jamestown City Court. Bennett, 40, of Farnham was charged Tuesday with endangering the welfare of a child, unlicensed operator and failed to yield right of way on a left turn Tuesday night following a vehicle accident. It is alleged that around 5:50 p.m. Bennett allowed her unlicensed juvenile daughter to operate the vehicle on Route 5 and 20 which caused a personal injury accident to occur.
