Deputies say the accident occurred at 12:22 p.m. and they responded with New York State Police on Route 83 in the town of Pomfret. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Three city residents face charges after officers responded to the south side for a reported incident at 5:32 p.m. Thursday. Police report that while investigating the original incident it was learned that a domestic incident had allegedly taken place in the residence. Ray M. Wolfe Jr., 44, of Jamestown had allegedly hit and choked a person during the domestic incident.
