ELLICOTT POLICE - Shane E. Waite, 27 , of Ellicott was charged with two counts of third-degree assault, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, one count of third-degree criminal mischief and three counts of second-degree unlawful imprisonment on Tuesday after Ellicott police responded to a disorderly person call where it is alleged Waite was disorderly and began assaulting other people. It is also alleged Waite destroyed several other pieces of property, as well as blocking the doorway to the house preventing the people from reaching juveniles and leaving the residence. ...

JAMESTOWN POLICE - Yolanda A. Wright, 44, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal contempt at 2 a.m. Tuesday after officers responded to an east side home for a reported violation of an order of protection. Wright allegedly threatened another persian in violation of an order of protection. Dascenzo, 67, of Canfield, Ohio, was charged with failure to keep right and driving while intoxicated at 11:33 p.m. Sunday after deputies pulled a vehicle over in the town of Chautauqua. Dascenzo was charged, processed at the Sheriff's Office and released with appearance tickets. - Natacha J. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — SILVER CREEK — Deputies were dispatched to a complaint on Burgess Street at 12:30 p.m. Thursday. Through an investigation, it was found that 33-year-old Michael Allyn of Buffalo had committed fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child. Mccrae, 45, of Jamestown was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail after police responded to a reported suspicious situation at 9:53 a.m. Thursday at American Place and Fulton Street. According to a police report, officers responded to the area of American Place and Fulton Street following a report of three men engaged in a heated argument and allegedly pointing handguns at each other. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Alexis Lopez Rosa was charged with first-degree attempted robbery, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing at 3:37 a.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a north side address for a complaint of a person with a weapon. Officers spoke to a person who said an unknown man approached them with a handgun and attempted to steal his BMX bicycle while pointing a gun at them.
