CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT - Tyler Corwell, 32, no address given, was charged Nov. 3 with second-degree burglary, and fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to officials, deputies responded to a residence in the town of Arkwright for the report of an unwanted person destroying property. During the investigation it was alleged that Corkwell entered the residence without permission and smashed numerous windows in the home. ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT - Todd A. Dellahoy Jr., 27 , no address given, was charged Nov. 1 with petit larceny. According to police, officers responded to a shoplifting complaint, where it is alleged Dellahoy shoplifted several items from an Ellicott business. After fleeing the scene, Dellahoy was arrested and placed into custody. He was transported to EPD for processing, and will be in town court later. - Makiraha N. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT - Jeremy J. Glasier, 41, of Fredonia was charged Nov. 1 with endangering the welfare of a child while Ashley M. Glasier, 38, of Fredonia was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. According to officials, at about noon Nov. 1, deputies were dispatched to an address in the Town Of Pomfret for a reported altercation. Upon further investigation it was determined that both were allegedly involved in a physical altercation with one another in the presence of children who are minors. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office received a complaint of horses in the road in the town of Pomfret. Deputies made contact with the horse's owner, 39-year-old Jacob H.Tye, a town resident, who deputies said continues to intentionally release the horses despite local property being damaged, and traffic being obstructed by their presence. Tye did have an outstanding warrant and when notified that he was under arrest did attempt to run from the area in an effort to evade arrest. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — Jaralyn E. Majak, 36, of Silver Creek was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal contempt, petit larceny, and second-degree harassment. According to officials, at about 3:36 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a report of a disorderly person at an address in the town of Hanover. Through investigation, it was determined that Majak allegedly took another person’s dog and refused to give it back. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT - Kayla E. Seagrave, 26, of Panama, was charged Oct. 28 with speeding, driving while intoxicated, and DWI per se. According to officials, at about 7:10 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop on Charlotte Center Road in the town of Charlotte.
