JAMESTOWN FIRE DEPARTMENT - Jamestown firefighters extinguished a blaze on the second floor of a 208 Charles St. residence. Upon arrival around 12:43 a.m. Friday, crews observed fire in second floor windows with smoke venting from the eves and attic. Crews quickly extinguished the fire after locating the blaze.
