JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Isaiah L. Williams, 20, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree burglary. Officers responded at 3:48 a.m. Tuesday to an East Fifth Street location for a reported assault. An investigation found that Williams allegedly entered a building unlawfully and assaulted another person causing serious injury. Williams was taken into custody and held at the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
