JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

• Tina M. Holland, 37, of Jamestown, was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded at 11:05 p.m. Monday to the Euclid Apartments for a reported juvenile who appeared to be intoxicated. Officers observed several juveniles yelling and fighting in the hallway. Holland, the mother of two of youths, was allegedly found to be unable to care for or control the children who had “broken a door, were involved in a physical altercation with a neighbor and caused an alarm to several other neighbors.” Holland was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

• Amanda K. Headen, 37, of Frewsburg, was charged with petit larceny. Headen allegedly took $76.55 worth of merchandise from Walmart on Monday. Items included fragrance sprays, artificial nails, hair clips, hair dye and coloring books. Headen is scheduled to appear in court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

• FRENCH CREEK — Jason C. Wible, 49, of Franklin, Pa., was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated-child in vehicle, driving while intoxicated, refusal to take breath test, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to signal. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 11:36 p.m. Friday on Conway Road in the town of French Creek. The driver was identified as Wible, who was allegedly found to be driving while intoxicated. Wible was processed and is scheduled to appear in court later.
