CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SHERIDAN — Paul J. Illenz, 44, of Silver Creek was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, reckless driving, speed in excess of 55 mph and failure to change address. Deputies stopped a vehicle Monday at 9 p.m. for a traffic violation on Route 5 in Sheridan. Illenz was found to be intoxicated following an investigation. He is scheduled to answer the charges in Sheridan Town Court later.

¯ FREWSBURG — John M. Dallas, 45, of Frewsburg was charged with second-degree harassment. Deputies responded Tuesday at 11 p.m. to an altercation between two people. Dallas allegedly hit another person with a plastic table. He is scheduled to answer the charge in Carroll Town Court at a later date.

¯ MAYVILLE — Brian R. Nichols, 30, of Tonawanda was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and parking on pavement. Deputies on Sunday at 2:33 a.m. located a vehicle stopped on Lake Road in Mayville. During an investigation, the vehicle drove off, striking a parked car on the side of the road. Nichols is scheduled to answer the charges in Chautauqua Town Court later.

¯ ELLERY — David W. Treadway, 55, of Dewittville was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding and refusal of breath test. Deputies observed a vehicle speeding Saturday at 10 p.m. on Route 430 in Ellery. Treadway was taken into custody following an investigation. He will appear in Ellery Town Court later to answer the charges.

¯ WESTFIELD — Thomas A. Kimbrough, 23, of Jamestown was charged with DWI, DWI per se and failure to signal a turn. Deputies observed a vehicle June 27 allegedly fail to signal a turn on Route 5 and Route 394 in Westfield. Kimbrough was charged following an investigation. He will answer the charges in Westfield Town Court later.

¯ HANOVER — Jenny K. Rammacher, 34, of Angola was charged with DWI, DWI per se and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies on June 22 at 12:17 a.m. observed a vehicle commit several lane violations on Routes 5 and 20 in Havover. Rammacher was taken into custody following an investigation. She will answer the charges in Hanover Town Court later.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ A juvenile male was charged with second-degree harassment. Officers responded June 27 at 3:30 p.m. to Falconer Park for a reported harassment. An investigation found that a juvenile struck a female in the face. The male was issued an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ William C. Haley, 55, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to signal within 100 feet and driving while intoxicated. Officers on Sunday at 12:30 a.m. observed a traffic violation. An investigation found that Haley was intoxicated and had a revoked license. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment, and is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
