CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ FORESTVILLE — Jose G. Caraballo, 29, of Forestville was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies responded Sunday at 9:51 p.m. to Center Street address in Forestville for a reported altercation. An investigation found that Caraballo allegedly damaged property. He was located later and taken into custody. Deputies were assisted by the New York State Police.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ Meagan Williams, 31, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Williams was stopped Monday for a traffic violation on Route 60 in Jamestown. Troopers reported smelling marijuana coming from inside the vehicle, and a search turned up 10 grams of marijuana and a a marijuana cigarette. Williams was issued an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ FALCONER — Kevin Bekekeski, 58, of Falconer was charged with driving while intoxicated. Bekekeski was stopped Friday on West Main Street in Falconer for a traffic violation. He reported failed several field sobriety tests and was taken into custody. He was transported to police barracks where he provided a breath sample of .10%. Bekekeski was processed and released to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
