JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Kristopher R. Stearns, 30, of Kennedy was charged Tuesday with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass. At 12:58 a.m., police responded to 50 Charles St. for a domestic incident. It is alleged that Stearns refused to leave the home of a victim, and when the victim tried to call the police, he grabbed the phone and threw it against the wall. Stearns was located later in the night at a different location and was transported to the city jail without incident. He will appear in city court at a later date.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Melissa S. Warner, 21, of Jamestown was charged on Dec. 23 with petit larceny, unlawful possession of marijuana and fourth-degree criminal mischief after allegedly stealing $102 worth of merchandise from the Sears in Chautauqua Mall. It is also alleged that Warner damaged the product. He will appear in Busti Court at a later date.
Breanne C. Veney, 26, of Jamestown was charged on Dec. 23 with petit larceny, endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal mischief after allegedly stealing $76 in merchandise from the Sears in Chautauqua Mall. It is also alleged that Veney damaged the product during the larceny. A 4-year-old child was in the care of Veney. She will appear in Busti Court at later date.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
MAYVILLE – Allegra P. Uva, 23, of Mayville was charged Saturday with no turn signal, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. At 12:57 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle for failing to signal a turn on Lakeview Avenue in Mayville. It is alleged that the driver-Uva-was intoxicated. She will appear in Chautauqua Court at a later date.
CHARLOTTE – Kevin L. Bellardo Jr., 18, of Lakewood was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct. At 11:43 p.m., deputies responded to Pine Acers Drive in Charlotte for a disorderly person. As deputies arrived, Bellardo allegedly ran from the scene. K-9 Drago located him a short time later. It is alleged that Bellardo became disorderly again while deputies were investigating the original complaint. He will appear in Charlotte Court at a later date.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
GREAT VALLEY – Tenisha L. Myszka, 24, of Olean was charged on Dec. 17 with obstructing governmental administration after allegedly providing false information to police following a personal injury accident. She will appear in Great Valley Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Brian K. Livingston Sr., 43, of Jamestown was charged Sunday with menacing a police officer and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. At 8:33 p.m., police were dispatched to 734 E. Second St. for a report of an intoxicated disorderly person. It is alleged that Livingston became disorderly and threatened to kill an officer. He then allegedly pulled out a large folding knife in close proximity to the officer. He was taken into custody after advancing toward the officer. Livingston was remanded to the county jail. No injuries were reported.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Angel P. MacDonald, 32, of Jamestown was charged on Dec. 20 with trespass after allegedly entering the Lakewood Wal-Mart after being banned from the store. MacDonald will appear in Busti Court at a later date.
Nakyle Taylor, 21, of Jamestown was charged on Dec. 20 with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, open container inside motor vehicle, failure to dim high beams, unlawful possession of marijuana and speed in zone. At 2:46 a.m., police observed a vehicle speeding and failing to dim high beams on Southwestern Drive in Lakewood. It is alleged that the driver – Taylor – was intoxicated. He also allegedly had open containers of alcohol inside his vehicle and a small amount of marijuana. He will appear in Busti Court at later date.

FRENCH CREEK – Richard J. Stritzinger, 62, of Clymer was charged Friday with failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. At 10:04 p.m., deputies pulled over Stritzinger for allegedly failing to keep right. Investigation determined that he was allegedly intoxicated. He will appear in French Creek Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Philip J. Baxter Jr., 51, of Jamestown was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, open container, driving while intoxicated, and DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher. At approximately 2 a.m. Sunday, officers observed a white Dodge pickup truck traveling eastbound on Falconer Street at a slow rate of speed. The truck then turned north onto Sturges Street and failed to stop at the stop sign near the intersection of Sturges and Price streets. The truck was subsequently pulled over and the driver, Baxter, was found to be operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. During the investigation, officers also observed an open 16-ounce beer can on the floor of the vehicle. Baxter was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail, where he consented to a chemical breath test which determined him to be more than twice the legal limit.
Ismael C. Cruz-Munoz, 30, of Jamestown has been charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree criminal use of a firearm and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. At 10:33 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to the area of 54 W. 11th St. for a report of subjects going through a vehicle. Upon arrival, police did locate Cruz-Munoz on scene. Cruz-Munoz was found to be in possession of metal brass knuckles and a loaded Colt .45-caliber handgun. He was taken into custody, charged and transported to Jamestown City Jail, where he is awaiting arraignment.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
BUSTI – Robert P. Bargey Jr., 50, was taken into custody at approximately 7 p.m. Saturday for a shoplifting incident that occurred Nov. 28 – when Bargey entered Sears and left with $270 worth of merchandise without paying. An arrest warrant was issued for Bargey Jr. for petit larceny, and he was taken into custody Saturday. Bargey was arraigned on the above charge and was sent to Chautauqua County Jail on $500/$1,000 bail. He was additionally charged with failure to appear.
Brandi M. Howard of Jamestown was charged with failure to appear and taken into custody for a bench warrant she had out of Busti Town Court on Saturday at 8:05 p.m. The warrant was issued after Howard failed to appear for an earlier court date. She was taken into custody and arraigned in the town of Ellicott. She was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
MAYVILLE – Gregory E. Auge, 32, of Sherman was charged following a motor vehicle stop that occurred Sunday. At 12:31 a.m., patrol stopped a vehicle on Pratt Street in Mayville for having less than two working headlamps. The operator was identified as Auge. Following an investigation, Auge was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated. He was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI per se with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or higher, less than two working headlamps and refusing a pre-screen breath test. Auge was released with appearance tickets, and will appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
FORESTVILLE – At 4:05 p.m. Saturday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Fire Investigation Team responded to 9683 Dye Road in the town of Villenova to determine the origin and cause of a residential structure fire. Following an investigation, the fire was determined to have originated due to an exposed electrical wire making contact with metal building material. No injuries were reported.
FORESTVILLE – At 12:45 p.m. Saturday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Fire Investigation Team responded to 10537 Center Road in the town of Sheridan to determine the origin and cause of a residential structure fire. Following an investigation, the fire was determined to have originated on the kitchen stove due to overheated cooking oil left unattended. The Red Cross is assisting the residents.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
GERRY – Toby M. Sanders, 21, of Brocton was charged on Dec. 21 at 12:16 a.m. with possession of marijuana. Sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 60 in Gerry for allegedly speeding. During an interview, deputies detected a strong odor of marijuana emanating out of the vehicle. Sanders was allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana and was issued an appearance ticket. He will appear in Gerry Town Court at a later date.
ASHVILLE – Trevor A. Jackson, 24, of Warren, Pennsylvania, and Jessica L. Fields, 24, of New Jersey were charged following a traffic stop on Dec. 27 at 11:10 a.m. Sheriff’s deputies on patrol allegedly observed a vehicle speeding on North Maple Avenue. Deputies stopped the vehicle and further investigation led to a search of the vehicle. In the vehicle, deputies allegedly located drug paraphernalia, a quantity of marijuana and a loaded gun. Fields, who was the passenger, was charged with possession of marijuana and was released with an appearance ticket. Jackson, who was the operator of the vehicle, was charged with felony criminal possession of a firearm and speed in zone. He was arraigned in North Harmony Town Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail without bail.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Anthony J. Kozaczki, 36, of Jamestown was charged on Dec. 27 at 4:10 a.m. with obstructing governmental administration and unlawful possession of marijuana. Kozaczki was identified as the suspect in a domestic incident investigation. During the investigation, Kozaczki allegedly attempted to leave the incident location while officers were attempting to complete the investigation. Kozaczki was warned several times not to leave but refused to comply with officers on the scene and was subsequently arrested. During his arrest, Kozaczki was allegedly found to have a quantity of marijuana in his possession and was additionally charged.
Larry A. Hamilton, 52, of Jamestown was charged on Dec. 24 at 7:47 p.m. with petit larceny. Officers responded to Rite Aid located on 35 S. Main St. for a reported shoplifting. Officers were advised by store employees that a male attempted to pay for merchandise with a partially filled out check. Staff attempted to complete the check but the suspect allegedly took cigarettes sitting on the counter and fled the store. Officers were able to locate the suspect by security camera footage and the check left at the store that contained both his name and address. Hamilton was transported to Jamestown City Jail awaiting arraignment.

SALAMANCA – James Green, 35, of Salamanca was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, unsafe backing and stopping or standing vehicle on a roadway Saturday at 2:50 a.m. He was processed and released to appear in Salamanca City Court at a later date.

Terry L. Thomas, 56, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, no/inadequate headlights and failure to take pre-screen. At 1:56 a.m., police observed a Honda van traveling westbound on Newland Avenue with one functioning headlight. It is alleged that the driver – Thomas – had a revoked license due to a prior driving while intoxicated. He was taken to the city jail where a strong odor of intoxicants were allegedly detected from his mouth. He will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

Alex Rivera, 33, of Jamestown was charged on Dec. 18 with petit larceny after allegedly removing personal hygiene merchandise from the store without paying for it. He will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
RANDOLPH – James B. Fiebelkorn, 59, of Randolph was charged Monday with second-degree criminal contempt after allegedly violating an order of protection. He was remanded in the county jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail. He will appear in Randolph Court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA – Angus R. Calhoun, 23, of Sherman was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated, uninspected vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Route 430 in Chautauqua. Field sobriety tests were administered when an odor of alcohol was detected and Calhoun was placed under arrest. He was transported to the State Police barracks in Jamestown for processing where a blood alcohol content of .13 was obtained. He will return to Chautauqua Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Stephen E. Carlson, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree grand larceny Saturday following a domestic violence incident that occurred at approximately 5 p.m. Officers responded to 23 W. Third St. for a reported larceny call. Upon investigation, it was determined that Carlson had stolen a power wheelchair from a tenant and left the building. Officers were able to locate the wheelchair at Carlson’s residence, and returned the wheelchair to the victim. Carlson was later located and charged. He was transported to the Jamestown City Holding Facility pending arraignment.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
WESTFIELD – A 16-year-old male resident of Westfield was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief Saturday. At approximately 10:30 p.m., the subject was charged after he allegedly punched several holes in the walls of an apartment complex. The subject was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
CLYMER – Theodore J. Jaggi, 54, of Corry, Pennsylvania, received multiple charges following an incident that occurred Sunday. At 3:33 p.m., the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single-vehicle property damage accident on Nazareth Road in the town of Clymer. An investigation found that Jaggi was allegedly operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He was taken into custody and charged with failure to maintain lane, speed not reasonable, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher. Jaggi was issued traffic tickets to appear in Clymer Town Court at a later date.

John Deangelo, 53, of Jamestown was charged Friday with no headlights, no tail lights, failure to take breath test, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated. At 2:36 a.m., police pulled over a vehicle for no tail lights and no headlights at East Sixth Street and Prendergast Avenue in Jamestown. Allegedly that the driver – Deangelo – was intoxicated and consuming alcohol inside the vehicle. He was taken to Jamestown City Jail where he refused a chemical test.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
ELLICOTT – Nicholas J. Kanaby, 36, of Falconer was charged Thursday with third-degree assault. Allegedly Kanaby and his ex-girlfriend got into an argument that resulted in a physical altercation at 3 N. Dow St. in Falconer, police said. Kanaby will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
ELLICOTT – Jeremy P. Dahlgren, 27, of Jamestown was charged Friday with aggravated harassment. Allegedly Dahlgren threatened a victim via text messages several times, police said. A warrant was served at his 75 Marine Park Drive residence. He will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
Jacquelyn C. Hayes, of Jamestown was charged Monday with fourth-degree grand larceny and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument. She will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

PORTLAND – Darien R. Draggett, 20, of Fredonia was charged Wednesday with unlawful possession of marijuana. At 10:13 p.m., deputies observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the Evergreen Cemetery off of Webster Road in Portland. Police said the driver-Draggett-had a small quantity of marijuana. He will appear in Portland Court at a later date.

ASHFORD – Joanes L. Fequiere Jr., 23, of Rochester was charged Tuesday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speed in zone and driver’s obstructed view. Tiana D. Bradley, 32, of Brighton was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana. At 2:53 a.m., police pulled over Fequiere for speeding. Allegedly a small quantity of marijuana was found with Bradley. A DMV check of Fequiere’s license revealed multiple suspensions for failure to answer a summons. He was remanded to the county jail on $1,000 cash bail.

Allan B. Burnett Jr., 24, of Buffalo was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, failing to keep right, failing to signal prior 100 feet, failing to comply and three counts of failing to stop at a stop sign. Laval D. Johnson, 30, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. At 10:06 p.m., police attempted to locate a suspicious vehicle with a possible gun inside. Upon locating the vehicle, a vehicle pursuit ensued on East Seventh Street to Liberty Street, where a group of men allegedly bailed and fled on foot. A semi-automatic rifle was found in the vehicle with a loaded magazine. The Jamestown Police K-9 unit located the driver – Burnett – in a closed porch room. A second suspect – Johnson – was found at 1005 Prendergast Ave. Both were taken to Jamestown City Jail?
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Randall D. Lawergren, 58, of Falconer was charged on Dec. 13 with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree obstruction governmental administration and resisting arrest. Ellicott Police, along with the New York State Police and Sheriff’s deputies, responded to the Budget Inn, located at 2 E. Main St., for a disorderly male. It is alleged that Lawergren began damaging the door to the room he was occupying as officers attempted to speak with him. Officers attempted to gain entry, but Lawergren proceeded to block the door with his foot. He then allegedly fought with officers and resisted arrest as they gained entry. Lawergren was remanded to the county jail on $7,500/$15,000 bail. He will appear in Ellicott Court at later date.

HANOVER – James Roberto, 31, of Silver Creek was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and no plate. At 10:03 p.m., deputies responded to Route 5/20 in Hanover to assist the Erie County Sheriff’s Office and Seneca Nation Marshals with a traffic stop. It is alleged that Roberto had no license plate and was intoxicated. He will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.

STOCKTON – Joann Draggett, 54, of Falconer was charged Sunday with failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1 percent or more of alcohol in blood. She will appear in Stockton Court on Jan. 12.

Nichole C. Olvey, 28, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree stalking and second-degree harassment after she allegedly went to the victim’s place of employment in Lakewood on numerous occasions and made harassing comments while the victim was working. She will appear in Busti Court at a later date.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Michael A. Priest, 36, was charged Sunday with failure to keep right, speed not reasonable or prudent, reckless driving, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle. At 1:25 a.m., police pulled over Priest. It is alleged that Priest refused to give his identification to officers. He then allegedly fled the scene and led officers on a short pursuit that terminated because of inclement weather. Priest was remanded to the county jail on $2,000 bail and will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
Michael J. Lisciandro, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with second-degree menacing after police responded to a domestic incident. He will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
Maurita L. Shaver, 29, of Jamestown was charged Sunday with petit larceny after she allegedly stole $63.07 worth of merchandise from the Dollar General Store, located at 460 W. Main St. in Falconer. She will appear in Ellicott Court on Jan. 14.

GERRY – A 17-year-old male from Stockton was charged Wednesday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He will appear in Gerry Court at a later date.
SILVER CREEK-Luis Mojico Feliciano, 32, of Silver Creek was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment. At 4:05 a.m., deputies were called to a residence in Silver Creek for a physical altercation between two males. It is alleged that Feliciano started the altercation which resulted in physical injuries. He will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
SILVER CREEK-Dale T. Wyland, 57, of Angola was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, uninspected motor vehicle, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, operating a vehicle without insurance and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. At 1:26 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle on Central Avenue in Silver Creek for a traffic violation. It is alleged that the driver-Wyland-was intoxicated and had an open container of alcohol inside his vehicle. He will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.

Jennifer L. Aldrich, 35, of Jamestown was charged Monday with trespass after allegedly entering the Lakewood Wal-Mart when she was prohibited due to previous shoplifting incidents. She will appear in Busti Court at a later date.
Jason A. Swartz, 29, of Busti was charged Sunday with harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing and blood circulation after he allegedly grabbed a female victim by the throat and prevented her from breathing. He then allegedly slammed her into a wall. He will appear in Busti Court at a later date.
Tracey A. Abbey, 51, of Lakewood was charged Monday with trespass. At 12:25 p.m., police responded to a Sixth Avenue Cottage Park address in Busti. It is alleged that Abbey was on a victim’s property without permission. Abbey also allegedly had an order of protection leveled against her by the victim. She will appear in Busti Court on Dec. 23.

SILVER CREEK-Katrynia L.M. Bailey, 23, of Silver Creek was charged Tuesday with second-degree making of an apparently sworn false statement. On Dec. 10, at 11:49 p.m., deputies were informed that Bailey allegedly gave deputies a signed false statement about a previous crime. She will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.

COLD SPRING-Jennifer M. Mcintyre, 30, of Salamanca was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated after she was stopped for speeding on I-86 in Cold Spring. Field sobriety tests were performed when an odor of alcohol was detected.
She was transported to the State Police barracks in Jamestown where a blood alcohol content of .08 was obtained. She will appear in Cold Spring Court at a later date.

Michele Lee Bova, 46, of Warren, Pennsylvania, was charged Tuesday with 16 counts of theft by unlawful taking after allegedly stealing $12,000 from the Warren Dragon Band Boosters over the past four years. Investigation alleged that Bova wrote checks totaling $12,000 from the band boosters to herself that were not authorized.

SILVER CREEK-Joanne M. Jindra, 66, of Forestville was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment. At 7:20 p.m., deputies responded to an incident on Jackson Street in Silver Creek. It is alleged that Jindra became aggressive with deputies and struck them. She will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
NORTH HARMONY-Gregory Wolcott, 39, of Mayville was charged Sunday with aggravated driving while intoxicated-child in vehicle, aggravated DWI per se, DWI common law, endangering the welfare of a child, failure to signal turn and moving from lane unsafely. At 6:49 p.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle on Wall Street in North Harmony for traffic infractions. It is alleged that the driver-Wolcott-was intoxicated. He will appear in North Harmony Court at a later date.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Gregory D. Yuchnitz, 23, of Jamestown was charged Sunday at 4:05 a.m. with theft of services and second-degree criminal impersonation. It is alleged that Yuchnitz did not pay Rainbow Cab for taking him from Jamestown to Lakewood. He also allegedly gave police a false name during the arrest process. Investigation revealed that he had outstanding warrants also. He will appear in Busti Court at a later date.

Zachary T. Hopkins, 25, of Sinclairville was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Third Street in Jamestown. Troopers administered field sobriety tests, and then placed Hopkins under arrest for DWI. He was transported to the State Police barracks in Jamestown where a blood alcohol content of .13 was obtained. He will appear in city court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Freddie Lee Hill, 44, of Memphis, Tennessee, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief. At 3:35 p.m., police were dispatched to a 410 W. Fourth St. residence for a disorderly person. Upon arrival, officers located the victim standing outside the apartments. The victim alleged that Hill refused to leave her apartment and became upset. The victim also alleged that Hill poured water through the open vents on top of three flat-screen televisions. As a result, the water damaged the interior of the televisions. Hill was transported to the Jamestown City Jail without further incident.

Ryan J. Newell, 32, of Jamestown was charged Friday at 2 p.m. with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a computer valued at $498 from the Lakewood Wal-Mart. He will appear in Busti Court at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Joshua L. Glover, 33, of Ashville was charged with three counts of second-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child. During the middle of October, the Sheriff’s Office initiated an investigation into allegations that Glover was involved in a sexual relationship with a female under the age of 15 in Jamestown. He was committed to the county jail with no bail.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
LITTLE VALLEY-Alan M. Miller, 24, of Olean was charged Thursday with second-degree assault after an incident at the county jail on a previous date. He was remanded to the county jail in lieu of $4,500.
LITTLE VALLEY-Jarrett J. Cooper, 38, of Salamanca was charged Thursday with aggravated harassment of an employee by inmate after he allegedly threw urine at a corrections officer while at the county jail on Tuesday. He was remanded to the county jail in lieu of $2,500.
GOWANDA-James Estabrooks, 20, of Salamanca was charged Thursday with second-degree harassment. He was remanded to the county jail on $500 cash bail. He will appear in Little Valley Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Richard C. Neal, 30, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with aggravated family assault, third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and blood circulation and second-degree unlawful imprisonment. At 11:48 p.m., officers responded to a Cook Avenue address for a domestic dispute. It is alleged that Neal choked the victim and held her onto the floor without letting her up. It is also alleged that Neal head-butted the victim, causing the victim’s eye to swell. Neal was taken to the city jail without incident. He will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
NORTH HARMONY-Edward M. Blake, 50, of Ashville was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, unlawfully growing marijuana and theft of services. At 2:30 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force searched a 2141 Fox Road residence in North Harmony. Blake was found inside and taken into custody. Police also found two shotguns, 54 growing marijuana plants, a large quantity of equipment used in the production of marijuana and a quantity of processed marijuana. It is alleged that Blake bypassed the electric meter on his residence and was unlawfully using electricity from National Grid. The arrest culminates a two-month investigation in Blake’s growing business.

Amy M. Craker, 46, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with driving while intoxicated per se and speeding. At 6:46 p.m., police pulled over Craker for speeding and alleged that she was intoxicated. She was remanded to the county jail on $1,500 bail or $3,000 property bond and will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

Juan M. Ocasio, 42, of Buffalo was charged Friday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed peration following a traffic stop on Route 219 in Ashford. He will appear in Ashford Court at a later date.

Mark H. Bull, 47, of Jamestown was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. At 7:17 p.m., officers were dispatched to 12 Crescent St. for a possible domestic dispute. Upon arriving, officers were informed that Bull had a valid probation warrant and an order of protection to stay away from the female victim of the home. He was taken to Jamestown City Jail. Bull had a previous second-degree criminal contempt charge from 2011. The family offense charged stems from a domestic incident in 2011.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Heriberto Texidor, 40, of Jamestown was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing and/or blood circulation. At 11:45 p.m., Lakewood-Busti and Ellicott Police responded to the Lakewood Rod and Gun for a domestic incident. He was sent to the Chautauqua County Jail and will appear in Busti Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Jaysen Galarza-Santos, 26, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree attempted robbery, obstructing and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. At 6:24 p.m. Saturday, officers were dispatched to the area of Crown and Charles streets for a robbery. Two suspects were described as a black male wearing a gray hoodie and a black or hispanic male wearing a darker hoodie or coat. An officer observed a subject in the area matching the description. As the officer attempted to exit his vehicle, Galarza-Santos allegedly ran from the officer after being told to stop. Galarza-Santos was detained after a short foot pursuit. Two juvenile victims identified Galarza-Santos as one of the suspects. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail and is being held pending arraignment.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
BUSTI – Adam J. Billick, 18, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny Saturday. At approximately 2:30 p.m., it is alleged that Billick, an employee of Wal-Mart, was taking items from the store while working and leaving the store without paying for the items. Investigation revealed that Billick took several items valued at $131.20 over the course of a month. Billick was issued an appearance ticket to be in Busti Town Court at a later date.

Glenn L. Roberts, 54, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and speed in zone on Friday. At 7:21 p.m., deputies stopped a vehicle on Baker Street in Jamestown for a speed violation. The operator was identified as Roberts, who was allegedly found to be intoxicated upon investigation. Roberts was taken into custody and later released with traffic tickets. He will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date to answer the charges.
FALCONER – Aaron D. Houser, 19, of Jamestown was charged with multiple items following an incident that occurred Sunday. At 2:26 a.m., patrol observed a vehicle operating without a rear bumper on East Main Street in Falconer. The vehicle was stopped and the operator was identified as Houser. Following an investigation, it was alleged that Houser operated a vehicle after having consumed alcohol while under the age of 21. Houser was detained for further processing and will face a Department of Motor Vehicles administrative hearing at a later date.
HANOVER – John J. Wasierski, 39, of Silver Creek was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood flow and fourth-degree criminal mischief Saturday. At approximately 10 p.m., deputies responded to routes 20 and 5 in the town of Hanover. Upon investigation, it was determined that Wasierski had allegedly choked an individual during a physical altercation. Wasierski had also allegedly taken a cellphone belonging to the victim, preventing them from contacting emergency services. Wasierski was arraigned in Hanover Town Court and committed to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.

KIANTONE – Kortney D. Carlson, 26, of Jamestown was charged at 1:55 a.m. on Saturday with driving while intoxicated, blood alcohol content of .08 or greater, speed not reasonable and prudent, failure to maintain lane and unlawful possession of marijuana. Sheriff’s patrol responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash on South Avenue in the town of Kiantone. Carlson was traveling south on Howard Street when she drove through the T-intersection with South Avenue and crashed into the ditch and then continued driving 75 feet into a residential lawn, causing damage. Following an investigation, Carlson was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for driving while intoxicated. At the time of her arrest, she was found to be in possession of marijuana as well. Carlson was taken to custody for processing where she was later released. Carlson will answer charges in the town of Kiantone Court on a future date. The Jamestown and Lakewood-Busti police departments assisted in the matter.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Brian T. Twardeski, 40, of Jamestown, was charged at 10 a.m. on Dec. 4 with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment. Twardeski was arrested on a warrant on Dec. 4 from a domestic dispute that happened on Nov. 20 at a residence at 70 Coleman Road at 8 a.m. The defendant allegedly slammed a door into the victim’s head and pushed her several times during the incident.

Cynthia K. McClaran, 47, of Falconer was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. At 7:45 a.m., police responded to an East Everett Street address in Falconer for a reported physical domestic incident. At the scene, it is alleged that McClaran was intoxicated and refused to cooperate with the investigation. She was remanded to the county jail and will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

FREWSBURG – Cody L. Confer, 23, of Jamestown was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated after police responded to a vehicle accident on Ivory Road in Frewsburg. Confer stated he lost control of the vehicle and struck a utility pole. Troopers noticed an odor of alcohol, and after field tests, placed Confer under arrest for DWI. He was taken to the State Police barracks in Jamestown for processing where a blood alcohol content of .14 was obtained. He will appear in Carroll Court at a later date.

Bridget A. Russell, 45, of Fredonia was charged on Nov. 26 with petit larceny after she allegedly stole $292.80 worth of merchandise from Hollyloft Ski & Bike on Fairmount Avenue. Russell will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

GREAT VALLEY-Dana T. Jimerson, 37, of Bradford, Pennsylvania was charged Nov. 25 with second-degree assault and first-degree attempted assault after allegedly lunging at the neck area of a victim with a knife causing a laceration. Jimerson is currently in the county jail on $50,000 bail and will appear in Great Valley Court at a later date.

Richard D. Hosack, 36, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal contempt. At 11:50 p.m., officers responded to a Baker Street address where a domestic dispute occurred a few hours earlier. It is alleged that Hosack yelled profanities at the victim while a valid order of protection was in effect. He was taken into custody and taken to Jamestown City Jail. He will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
A 15-year-old juvenile was charged with criminal mischief, petit larceny, making graffiti and burglary after an investigation into some car larcenies in Falconer. It is alleged that the juvenile entered a vehicle and stole a iPad as well as damaged three buildings in the area. The juvenile was petitioned to Family Court. Further charges may be placed.
Tina M. Gardner-Bemis, 44, was charged Thursday with larceny after allegedly stealing a cellphone and tablet valued at $749.98. She will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
Samantha J. Sargeant, 34, of Jamestown was charged Friday with petit larceny. At 12:30 p.m., police were called to the Wegman’s store on Fairmount Avenue where loss prevention employees had Sargeant in custody. It is alleged that Sargeant was caught removing $361 worth of groceries from the store without paying. She will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
Justin M. Swartz, 35, of Falconer was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment of a child, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree felony strangulation. At 10:40 p.m., police responded to a Falconer residence for an alleged physical domestic dispute in progress. It is alleged that Swartz punched a female victim numerous times in the face, restrained and choked her until she was unconscious. Police took Swartz into custody without incident. The victim was treated at WCA Hospital. Swartz was remanded to the county jail without bail.

Jeney M. Johnson, 36, of Jamestown was charged Thursday with petit larceny and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child after she allegedly stole $291.98 worth of merchandise from Sears with her children present. She will appear in Busti Court at a later date.

ELLERY-Nicole L. Harrell, 30, of Dewittville was charged Wednesday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operation without interlock device and operation with less than two headlights. At 6:45 p.m., deputies pulled over Harrell’s vehicle on Route 430 in Ellery for having less than two working headlights. It is alleged that Harrell had multiple driving while intoxicated-related revocations and suspensions on her New York state driver’s license. She will appear in Ellery Court at a later date.
MAYVILLE-Edward J. Bean, 39, of Woodbridge, Virgina was charged Thursday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speed in zone. At 6:02 p.m., deputies pulled over Bean on Sea Lion Drive in Mayville for speeding. It is alleged that Bean had multiple suspensions in New York and Virginia. He will appear in Chautauqua Court at a later date.
PORTLAND-Jeremiah A. Bednarek, 33, of Gowanda was charged Thursday with speeding, failure to move over for emergency vehicle, possession of open alcoholic beverage, driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, aggravated DWI and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Michael L. Strawder, 38, of Gowanda was charged Thursday with possession of open alcoholic beverage in motor vehicle. At 4:01 p.m., deputies pulled over Bednarek for speeding and failing to move over for an emergency vehicle. It is alleged that Bednarek and his passenger-Strawder-were in possession of open containers of alcohol. It is also alleged that Bednarek was intoxicated. They will appear in Portland Court at a later date.
ELLICOTT-Hugo T. Rosenthal, 47, of Warren, Pennsylvania was charged Wednesday with driving while ability impaired by drugs, failure to maintain lane and inadequate exhaust. At 11:47 p.m., police pulled over a vehicle on Jackson Avenue in Ellicott for a lane violation and a loud exhaust. It is alleged that the driver-Rosenthal-was impaired by drugs. He will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
POMFRET-Lindsey E. Katta, 26, of Buffalo was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated, DWI with blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, failure to dim highbeams and inadequate brake lights. At 1 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle on Route 20 for vehicle and traffic violations. It is alleged that the driver-Katta-was intoxicated. She will appear in Pomfret Court at a later date.
FRENCH CREEK-Michael S. Gibbons, 44, of Clymer was charged Sunday with speed over 55, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. At 2:36 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle for speeding on Reagan Road in French Creek. It is alleged that the driver-Gibbons-was intoxicated. He will appear in French Creek Court at a later date.
HANOVER-Ronald Szafranski, 21, of Perrysburg was charged Sunday with driving while ability impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. At 2 p.m., deputies responded to Route 5 and 20 in Hanover for a report of an erratic driver. The suspect vehicle was located in a parking lot of a local business. It is alleged that the driver-Szafranski-was driving under the influence of drugs. He will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.
ARKWRIGHT-Christopher J. Schroeder, 19, of Brocton was charged Monday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, operating a vehicle with no insurance, uninspected motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana. At 7:36 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle that committed a traffic violation. It is alleged that vehicle was uninspected, uninsured and its registration was suspended. The driver-Schroeder-allegedly had suspended driving privileges. He also allegedly had marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was remanded to the county jail with bail set at $1,250.

DAYTON-David R. Korzen, 60, of Cheektowaga was charged on Nov. 23 with driving while intoxicated, DWI with BAC of .08 percent or higher, consumption of alcohol in motor vehicle, failure to keep right and moving from lane unsafely after being pulled over on Peck Hill Road in Dayton for erratic driving. He will appear in Dayton Court at a later date.

Michael S. Mabee, 38, of Jamestown received multiple charges after committing several traffic infractions Sunday. At 12:34 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Institute Street for failing to stop at a stop sign and failing to signal. Further investigation revealed that the driver, Mabee, was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. Mabee was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail without incident. A chemical breath test showed Mabee’s blood alcohol content to be above the legal limit. It was also found that Mabee’s driving privileges were suspended in New York state. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to signal. He is currently awaiting arraignment by Jamestown City Court.

RIPLEY – Terri L. Roush, 44, of Erie received multiple charges Saturday. At 11:43 p.m., patrol checked on a suspicious vehicle on Station Road in the town of Ripley. The operator was identified as Roush, who was taken into custody following an investigation that yielded an unlawful possession of marijuana. During her processing, Roush was found in possession of a suspected controlled substance and attempted to destroy it. She was charged with driving while intoxicated, having a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, tampering with physical evidence, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. Roush was released with appearance tickets to a family member, and will appear in Ripley Town Court at a later date.
RIPLEY – Steven J. Cardillo, of Stow, Ohio, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving without a seatbelt on Sunday. At 11:49 a.m., deputies allegedly observed an individual operating a motor vehicle without wearing a seatbelt on Prospect Road in the town of Ripley. Deputies stopped the vehicle and identified the operator as Cardillo. It was discovered that Cardillo’s New York state driving privileges were suspended. Cardillo was arraigned in Ripley Town Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.
FRENCH CREEK – Brandon D. Moreash, 18, of Clymer and Ryan C. Myers, 19, of Sherman were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Sunday. At 2 a.m., deputies stopped a vehicle for an observed violation on Pekin Hill Road in the town of French Creek. After an investigation, it was determined that two passengers, Moreash and Myers, were both in possession of a small quantity of marijuana and both were charged accordingly. They were later released, and will appear in French Creek Town Court to answer charges next month.
KIANTONE – Shawn M. Thorton, 37, of Warren received multiple charges on Nov. 17. At 7:49 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch on Route 62 in the town of Kiantone. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the operator of the vehicle, who identified himself as Thorton. Upon further investigation, Thorton was found to have been operating his vehicle while impaired by drugs. Deputies also found him to be in possession of a weapon. Thorton was taken into custody and later arraigned in Kiantone Town Court. He was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail on bail. Thorton will appear in Kiantone Town Court at a later date to answer charges of driving while ability impaired by drugs, moving from lane unsafely, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
POLAND – Susan A. Massey, 65, of Kennedy received multiple charges Saturday. At approximately 4:25 p.m., deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 62 in the town of Poland for multiple traffic violations. The operator was identified as Massey, and investigation found her to be intoxicated. Massey was taken into custody and later released with traffic tickets. She will appear in Poland Town Court at a later date to answer charges of driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to comply with a lawful order.
NORTH HARMONY – Dustin A. Penhollow, 32, of Sinclairville was charged Wednesday with speed in zone, driving while intoxicated and DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher. At 9:23 p.m., deputies stopped a vehicle on North Maple Street in the town of North Harmony for a speed violation. Deputies made contact with the operator, who was identified as Penhollow and was allegedly found to be intoxicated. Penhollow was taken into custody and later released with traffic tickets. He will appear in North Harmony Town Court to answer the aforementioned charges.
SILVER CREEK – Dian L. Suzuta-Best, 29, of Silver Creek was charged with third-degree criminal mischief Saturday. At 1:37 p.m., deputies responded to a complaint of a possible overdose at a residence on Old Hanover Roadin the town of Hanover. Investigation revealed that a dispute had also occurred. It is alleged that during the dispute, Suzuta-Best damaged the property of another individual. Suzuta-Best was transported by Hanover EMS to Lake Shore Hospital in apparently non-life threatening condition. An arrest warrant was issued and Suzuta-Best was later taken into custody without incident. She was arraigned in Hanover Town Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.
FORESTVILLE – John A. Borrello, 56, of Forestville received multiple charges Thursday. At approximately 9:25 p.m., deputies and New York State Troopers responded to a report of a physical altercation occurring at a residence in Forestville. Upon arrival, Borrello was identified as the suspect and, in the process of the investigation, Borrello fought with police officers and resisted arrest. He was eventually taken into custody and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, resisting arrest and three counts of second-degree harassment. Borrello was processed and arraigned in Pomfret Town Court, where he was committed to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail. He will appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
