Four charged with endangering welfare of children
Four Jamestown residents have been charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Officers working on a STRIVE domestic violence detail at 10 p.m. Tuesday checked the well being of those living in an east side home and found four children living in deplorable and unsanitary conditions. Facing charges are Natalie B. Frost, 21, Sincere R. Fisher, 22, Justin M. Heiser, 23, and Brianna M. Heiser, 26.
