Jamestown Community College is seeking nominations through August 1 for its Alumni Nurse of Distinction Award. Since its inception in 2002, the award has been presented to more than 120 JCC Nursing alumni. Recipients are nominated by their co-workers or supervisors and may have graduated from the Jamestown or Cattaraugus County campuses. Nominations can be made online at sunyjcc.edu/alumni/awards.”For more than 60 years, the JCC Nursing program has consistently produced many of the best nursing professionals in Western New York,” said Heather Burrell, JCC’s director of Nursing. “We look forward to receiving more nominations and honoring more standout graduates.” The JCC Alumni Association will honor the 2024 Alumni Nurse of Distinction Award recipients at the JCC Foundation Awards Gala in November.
