Farmers Market Ribbon Cutting In Mayville, June 24
The Mayville-Chautauqua Community Chamber of Commerce, with the cooperation of the village of Mayville, has brought a new Farmer’s & Artisan’s Market to the Mayville Village Park, located at the traffic light at routes 394 and 430.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on Thursday, June 24, at 12:30 p.m. during the lunchtime music at the market.
The market is being held every Thursday through Sept. 30 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. rain or shine. The market features local farmers and artisans with a focus on all things locally grown or handmade. Also available at the market are weekly food options from local food trucks, home-made baked goods, a rock-painting table for the CLCS PTC in coordination with the #MayvilleNYRocks project, as well as lunchtime music from noon to 1 p.m. The Mayville-Chautauqua Community Chamber of Commerce has a table to promote upcoming events and provide information or answer questions.
