North Main Street Zoning Variance Tabled
The Zoning Board of Appeals’ regular April meeting saw one lone petition for a zoning variance request from Southern Chautauqua Federal Credit Union up for consideration and tabled for the next meeting. The petition asks for a variance on a parcel owned by the Credit Union at 811 North Main Street. The parcel is located in a C-2 zone and the petition notes that “warehousing” is not permitted in a C-2 zone and only allowed with approval from the ZBA in C-3, C-4 and C-M zoning districts.
