CHERRY CREEK --- A 75-year-old man has been charged with second-degree rape of a juvenile On Tuesday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division announced it conducted an investigation regarding a report of sexual misconduct involving a youth on Nov. 4. Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that Robert K. Braymiller of Cherry Creek, allegedly engaged in inappropriate sexual contact with a juvenile victim. Lake-Snow Warning Begins Early Thanksgiving In Region

A lake-effect snow warning has been issued for Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and southern Erie counties starting early Thursday by the National Weather Service. Eerily similar to last year, the forecast calls for heavy lake effect snow with total accumulations at 12 to 20 inches in the most persistent areas. A 22-year-old city man is facing charges after threatening to kill another individual. Jayden K. Feaster was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree menacing after an incident around noon Friday.
