A story in Thursday’s edition of The Post-Journal incorrectly gave the year of Annie Oakley’s marriage to Frank Butler. Historians site Oakley as either being married to Butler in 1881 in Ohio or via the marriage certificate with the date June 20, 1882, in Windsor, Ontario.
The party affiliations of Doug Schutte and Ted McCague were incorrectly identified in an editorial in the Sunday, July 1, edition of The Post-Journal. Schutte and McCague were endorsed by both the Republican and Democratic parties in the 2017 election.
Kathryn M. Mikula was awarded a $14,487.47 judgement against Clifford Mikula Jr. The information was incorrect in the June 19 edition of The Post-Journal.

In an article published in the Wednesday edition of The Post-Journal, Jamestown Public Schools was unintentionally excluded from a list of local schools that attended a Supervising to Excellence Conference at Jamestown Community College.
