The bronze statue of Lucille Ball, located in Lucille Ball Memorial Park in Celoron, was created as part of a real estate transaction between sculptor Dave Poulin and local residents Mark and Jetta Wilson. This information was unclear in Thursday’s edition of The Post-Journal.
