Kai and Yukon

Kai and Yukon, a pair of 4-month-old American Eskimo puppies, are this week’s Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue Dogs of the Week. Their breeder decided to offload them to an area rescue group because they are past the brand new puppy stage, no longer tiny and young enough to sell for top dollar. The pups are ready to make a fresh start in their young lives and are waiting for their forever families to come along. Kai and Yukon are currently in foster care, and their foster mom says they are already partially house-trained, and they’re both friendly and playful pups. Eskimo puppies are known to be great family dogs that are loving and affectionate, and they do exceptionally well when socialized and trained from a young age.
