Dr. Emilie Rose Christie

Dr. Emilie Rose Christie graduated cum laude from the Jacobs School of Medicine in Buffalo with a Doctor of Medicine degree recently. As a medical student, Christie achieved membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society and received the Dr. Susan Schwartz Distinguished Provider Award for her work at the Lighthouse Free Clinic. Christie was a 2014 graduate of Chautauqua Lake Central School in Mayville and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2019. She is the daughter of Jeffrey and Frances Christie of Mayville. Christie will be a surgical resident at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, N.Y.
