JHS Names March Students Of Month
Jamestown High School officials recently named the school’s Students of the Month for March. They are:
Josue Sanchez is a freshman at Jamestown High School and is the son of Jose and Yesenia Sanchez. Josue is a member of the freshman boys basketball and football teams, as well as Unified Basketball. In his spare time, Josue enjoys going to the YMCA to play basketball with his friends. He hopes to get accepted into the Criminal Justice program through BOCES. After graduation, he would like to attend the Police Academy at Jamestown Community College.
Giana Cusimano is a sophomore at Jamestown High School the daughter of Anthony and Kate Cusimano. Giana is the sophomore class co-president and is involved in Key Club. She plays school volleyball and travel volleyball.
Aleah Loveless is a junior at Jamestown High School the daughter of Katrina Mattson and William Loveless. Aleah is a member of her school’s Key Club. She is also a member of the girls varsity tennis team. In her spare time, Aleah interns at Peppy Dental and learns all about dental hygiene. After graduation, she would like to pursue a career in dental hygiene and study at the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
Siena Loomis is a senior at Jamestown High School and the daughter of Robert (RJ) Loomis and Paula DeJoy. Siena is co-class president and is a percussionist in the Concert Band and Marching Band and a part of A Capella Choir and the school musical. She is also a part of Key Club and Mock Trial. In her spare time she works at Wegmans. After graduation, she plans to study psychology during her undergraduate studies. She is in her final stages of deciding between her top schools to attend for her undergraduate degree, and then plans to study law to become a lawyer.
