Roger Chagnon, Westfield Academy and Central School Band Instructor,shared his excitement and vision for the instrumental programs that he has been working to develop at the January meeting of the Westfield-Mayville Rotary Club. Chagnon explained the various student levels and their accomplishments. He then demonstrated the school’s 106-year-old baritone euphonium!
