Workshop To Be Held At St. Luke’s Episcopal Church

The St. Luke’s Episcopal Church Wellness Partnership presents Jill Mattson’s workshop, “Ancient Sounds, Modern Healing, and How to Perfect Your Speaking Voice” at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, in the church undercroft.

“Your energetic voice contains frequencies from your body, mind, and emotions. Learn how to see and feel your frequencies and what that means,” Mattson said. “By modulating our speaking voices, we can communicate better, improve wellbeing, cement relationships, and enhance leadership skills.”

Mattson’s program is open to men, women and mature adolescents. Secular, spiritual and religious guests are welcome. St. Luke’s encourages participants to leave a free-will offering to support the wellness programs and presenters. Mattson is a musician, musicologist, recording artist, writer, presenter, and painter. She unites her reverence for sound energies with her spiritual quest.

Her vision resonates within her books, e-commerce, and award-winning sound and meditation CDs. Mattson said speaking voices heal, realign, inspire and elevate consciousness.

There will be a prayer/guided meditation session in St. Luke’s chapel at 6 p.m.

The public is welcome to attend. For more information, visit 422now.com.
