Reg Lenna To Show ‘Breakthrough’

The American Christian drama “Breakthrough” shows Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Reg Lenna Center for The Arts.

Admission is $5.

Chrissy Metz (“This Is Us”) stars in the drama “Breakthrough.” When Joyce Smith’s adopted son John falls through an icy Missouri lake, all hope seems lost. But as John lies lifeless, Joyce refuses to give up. Her steadfast belief inspires those around her to continue to pray for John’s recovery, even in the face of every case history and scientific prediction. “Breakthrough” is rated PG and is 117 minutes long.

Upcoming movies at Reg Lenna Center for The Arts include the biopic “Tolkien” showing Wednesday, June 12, at 7 p.m., Diane Keaton in the comedy “Poms” showing Wednesday, June 19, at 7 p.m., Dennis Quaid in “A Dog’s Journey” showing Wednesday, July 3, at 7 p.m. and “Avengers: Endgame” showing Wednesday, July 10, at 7 p.m.
