Reg Lenna To Screen ‘Poms’ On Wednesday

The comedy “Poms” shows Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Reg Lenna Center for The Arts.

Admission is $5.

In “Poms”, Diane Keaton plays Martha, an introverted woman who moves to a retirement community that has shuffleboard, golf, bowling and other activities. Hoping to be left alone, she meets Sheryl (Jacki Weaver of “Widows”, “Silver Linings Playbook”), a fun-loving neighbor who insists that they become best pals.

After coming out of her shell, Martha and her new friend decide to form a cheerleading squad with their fellow residents. “Poms” is rated PG-13 and is 91 minutes long.
