Lawsuit Opposing State Gun Laws Is Baseless

To The Reader’s Forum: I am opposed to a pending lawsuit challenging New York law having to do with certain aspects of gun ownership. As the P-J reports it, there is a federal lawsuit challenging New York’s Concealed Carry Improvement Act. To The Reader’s Forum: I have paid attention lately to the huge influx of bikes, scooters, and similar methods of transportation. What amazes me is that nobody has been killed while riding one of these conveyances! Tonight at the corner of Fairmount and McDaniel, three young men, not little kids, came across McDaniel against the signal, paying no attention to the six or seven cars waiting to turn onto Fairmount.
