Five individuals are facing charges after a fight in downtown Jamestown last week. Around midnight Wednesday, Jamestown Police Department officers responded to the area of the Wine Cellar for multiple subjects fighting. Upon arrival, officers attempted to disburse the crowd but located Marc Staples actively trying to continue the fight. Figueroa, 43, was charged with two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
