RANDOLPH - Randolph Central School officials are making plans to help students mourn the passing of a junior at Randolph High School. On Tuesday, Kaine Kelly, Randolph superintendent, sent a note home with students as well as posting the letter on the district's Facebook page. Randolph Central School officials will have to decide how to proceed after voters overwhelmingly defeated the district’s proposed 2026-27 school budget.
