Randolph Community Mourns Passing Of RCS Junior

RANDOLPH - Randolph Central School officials are making plans to help students mourn the passing of a junior at Randolph High School. On Tuesday, Kaine Kelly, Randolph superintendent, sent a note home with students as well as posting the letter on the district's Facebook page. The City Council has approved an override of the state’s 2% tax cap - though council members hope not to have to use it. During Monday’s voting session, which followed a public hearing, the City Council officially approved the override. A South Dayton man will be serving time after being convicted of receipt of child pornography. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Wednesday that Joseph A. Buelow, 31, was sentenced to serve 108 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J Vilardo. In February 2024, the West Seneca Police Department seized Buelow’s phone, based on communications he was having online.
