Sinclairville Man’s Trial Over Chase Still On Hold

The trial of a Sinclairville, N.Y., man on 41 charges related to an October 2024 chase that began in Chautauqua County and ended in Warren County remains on hold. A trial had been scheduled for last fall but was delayed until the 2026 trial term. City man, Buffalo woman charged in narcotics conspiracy

A Jamestown man has been indicted in a narcotics conspiracy. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Friday a federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging Brandon Murray, 41, and Latika Saintkitts, 35, of Buffalo. The charge carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison and a maximum of life. In addition, Saintkitts is charged with distribution of crack cocaine and fentanyl.
