Sinclairville Man’s Trial Over Chase Still On Hold
The trial of a Sinclairville, N.Y., man on 41 charges related to an October 2024 chase that began in Chautauqua County and ended in Warren County remains on hold. A trial had been scheduled for last fall but was delayed until the 2026 trial term. The defense attorney in the case has filed a motion for a competency examination, with the motion granted April 9 by Judge Gregory Hammond in the Court of Common Pleas.
