Robin Lynn Rybicki

Robin Lynn Rybicki, 53, of Bemus Point, N.Y., passed away Saturday morning, Sept. 11, 2021, at UPMC Chautauqua.

She was born Aug. 24, 1968, in Jamestown and was the daughter of Marcia Sanden Rybicki and the late Ronald F. Rybicki.

Following high school, Robin earned her associate degree from Jamestown Business College. She worked in restaurant and food service locally, including as manager of the SeeZurh House in Bemus Point.

Robin loved to bake and gifting her creations to family and friends, with many people offering to purchase her baked goods for special occasions. She also enjoyed volunteering at charitable events and golf tournaments and was a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She was a member of the Ellery Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Mostly, Robin loved her nephew and nieces and time with her family.

She is survived by her mother, Marcia of Fluvanna; brother, Thomas G. (Rachel) Rybicki of Amherst, N.Y.; nephew and nieces: RJ, Meredith and Georgia Rybicki; uncle and aunt, Jim and Fran Rybicki of Falconer and aunt, Christine Kroll of Mayville; and many cousins whom she loved. Robin will also be sadly missed by many, many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald, who died June 10, 2002; as well as grandparents, George and Cecile Sanden and Charles and Viola Rybicki.

Following Robin’s wishes, no funeral or visitation will be observed. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
