Etzel victorious in Travel League return

BUSTI — Al Etzel of Ocala, Florida, was victorious in his return to the Wednesday Travel League, shooting the low round of 78 at South Hills Country Club. Ed Tofil, Josh Hilliker and Jeff Nelson all tied for second place with 80s. Etzel led the front nine with 39 while Etzel, Hilliker and Nelson all shot 39s to lead the back nine. Tom Sacilowski and Dennis Gawronski Sr. won the B and C Flights, respectively. Gawronski now owns 25 career C Flight wins, tied for fourth most all-time. Ron Szach was the low senior.
