WEST SENECA — According to head coach Steve Propheter, Jamestown had “some difficulties” through the air during its Section VI Division 1 flag football game Thursday.

As for the rest of the team’s performance?

Well, it turned out just fine.

Led by Ella Propheter, who rushed for 61 yards, including a touchdown, converted a pair of two-point conversions and returned an interception 64 yards for another score, the Red & Green improved to 2-1 overall and 1-0 in the division following a 20-6 victory over West Seneca West.

Kaylee Leeper added 61 yards on the ground, a touchdown and a one-point conversion; and broke up five passes and had four flag pulls.
