AMHERST — The Basketball Coaches Association of New York Boys & Girls Basketball Showcase will be held Sunday, April 28 at the Sweet Home High School gym.

The event will feature college-ready high school athletes together with college coaches for a day of basketball, information and face-to-face contacts.

In the showcase, athletes will participate in skill stations and scrimmages, and athletes and parents can learn about college requirements, expectations and opportunities directly from college coaches, who will hail from New York and Pennsylvania.

The cost is $50 per athlete. They will also receive a BCANY team T-shirt. The boys showcase will run from 9-11:45 a.m. followed by the girls showcase from noon to 2:45 p.m.
