FREWSBURG — Frewsburg defeated Olean 4-1 in nonleague tennis action Thursday.

Frewsburg’s Emily Wakamatsu won 6-3, 6-4 in first singles, Alyssa Colburn took second singles 6-4, 6-2 and Grace Kutschke completed the singles sweep 6-0, 6-1. The duo of Haleigh Albright and Madasyn Lander picked up the one doubles win for the Bears.

Olean’s lone victory came in second doubles from Bryanne Cowels and Lina Chauhdry, twice going to tiebreakers against Morgan Ekstrom and Brooke Golab 6-3, 6-7 (6-8), 7-6 (7-3).

Frewsburg is in action this morning at 9 against Jamestown.
