Many local high school bowlers turned in fine efforts at the 41st annual Roy Sommer Memorial Invitational last Saturday at Tonawanda Lanes. A team consisting of Zach Ryberg, Alex Nelson, Nic Houston, Matt Gullotti and Brandon Michaels placed third overall out of 23 teams. Ryberg led the way with a 224-256-232-712; Michaels had a 220-187-277-684; Gullotti had a 223-254-647; Houston had a 184-234-566; and Nelson rolled a 183 game. Ryberg and Michaels were selected to the all-tournament team. Other participants from the Falconer B team were Damen Vincent (220-184), James Patterson (187 game) and Gabe Delahoy (170 game).
