CITY REC BASEBALL

The Rockies topped the Blue Jays, 8-6, thanks to Michael Wilson’s two RBIs, Joel Poblete’s RBI and two runs scored and Aiden Greenawalt’s RBI.

The Blue Jays were led by Aiden Finear with a pair of RBIs, Cole Jolly with a triple and Charlie Chapman with the opening run of the game.

The Reds downed the Tigers, 6-2 thanks to three hits and four RBIs by Kamren Ross and four hits with two runs scored by Caden Emo.

Jimmy Graves III had a home run in the loss, while Alexis Jones scored a run.

FALCONER LITTLE LEAGUE

MAJORS DIVISION

Zachary Markham, Lucas Muscarella and Roger Markham fanned 14 as the Falconer Moose Lodge beat Barton Tool, 6-3.

Jack Shea had a pair of singles while David Markham drilled a double for Falconer Moose Lodge.

For Barton Tool, Jacob Freshwater doubled and Jake Roth fanned 10.

Gage Swanson pitched four innings, allowing one hit while striking out eight as Precision Engine & Machine defeated Bloomquist Landscaping, 8-2.

Swanson delivered three hits, including a three-run inside-the-park home run in the third inning that put his team ahead 4-2.

Bloomquist Landscaping’s lone hit was a first-inning single by Anthony Rivera, who tossed a four-hitter with nine strikeouts.

MINORS DIVISION

Josh Holmberg, Blake Diate and Macaulay Maher each had two hits to lead the Falconer Rotary Yankees past the Greater Chautauqua Federal Credit Union Orioles, 13-9.

Brayden Brown and Holmberg combined for eight strikeouts in the win.

For the Orioles, Alex Nutt and Clayton Evans each had four hits while Austin Pfeiffer, Kyler LeRoy and Marcus Parmientier had two hits apiece. Brendan Brightman added an RBI single.

JAMESTOWN CAL RIPKEN

Gage Delahoy and Jack Robbins each had two hits as Mount Moriah downed Morton Club, 6-2.

Jason Fred and Lucas Johnson led the Morton Club.

TEE-BALL LEAGUE

Kalie’s Krusade and the YWCA played to a tie with Andrew Cama being named the offensive Player of the Game and Matthew Cama the defensive Player of the Game for Kallie’s Krusade.

The defensive Player of the Game was Jaxson Reeves for YWCA.
