James R. Mortimer 1957-2025 James R. Mortimer, 68, of Jamestown, died Sunday Nov. 30, 2025, in UPMC Chautauqua. A lifelong Jamestown resident, he was born Oct. 15, 1957, a son of the late Russell and Alice Swanson Mortimer.
