Carol A. Somers

She was born February 27, 1950, a daughter of the late Charles and Helen Paulson Gustafson.

She earned degrees from Southwestern Central School, Jamestown Community College, Allegheny College, and Clarion University.

Surviving is her husband Paul Somers, whom she married July 15, 1972; three children Jennifer (Scott) Wilson of Morganton, NC, Ryan (Kristen) Somers of Richmond Hill, GA, and Lara (Charles) Autrey of Morganton, NC and eight grandchildren.

A private celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed.
