Joshua L. Waygood

He was born March 1, 2001, in Jamestown, a son of Luke Waygood and Brenda Perrin Waygood.

He was a 2019 graduate of Jamestown High School.

He was previously employed by Domino’s in Lakewood

He enjoyed music and played guitar and video games. He was known and loved for his optimistic outlook, big heart and the ability to make those around him feel special and loved. More than anything he loved time spent with his daughter.

Surviving is his mother Brenda Perrin Waygood and stepfather Tim Buzard of Jamestown; father and stepmother Luke and Heather Waygood of Ashville; daughter Delilah Waygood; sister Leoralee (Jesse) Perrin-Sprague of Jamestown; stepsiblings Brooke Buzard of Ohio, Christina Fisher of Jamestown, Baker Anderson of Ashville and Willa Anderson of Jamestown; grandparents Elizabeth Lucas of Watford, England, John Waygood of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and Sally Hutchison of Ashville and the entire Perrin family.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather James Hutchison.

The funeral will be held at 4 pm Tuesday in the Lind Funeral Home where friends will be received from 2-4 pm Tuesday.
