Shirley “Tootie” Spetz Reid

She was born Oct. 8, 1946, in Bradford, Pa., the daughter of Stanley Spetz and Lula Haight Spetz.

Shirley worked as an assistant manager at Lake Co. Dairy and in the bakery department at Tops in Bradford, PA.

Shirley is survived by her children: Cheryl Hedlund of Jamestown, N.Y., Charles (Danielle) Karr of Jamestown, N.Y., and Wayne (Dixie) Reid of Erie, Pa.; her sisters: Leigh Hart of Bradford, Pa., and Lynne Spetz of Olean, N.Y.; also surviving are seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, Vernon Hensley; and her grandchildren: Veronica, Amanda and Timothy Reid.

Arrangements entrusted to Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

A burial service will take place on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020, 1 p.m., at Willowdale Cemetery, Bradford, Pa.
