Richard L. Fulmer
A memorial service for Richard L. Fulmer, 69, of Dunkirk, who passed away July 26, 2019, will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10, 2019, at Lakeshore Community Chapel, 4552 W. Main Rd., Fredonia, NY 14063.
He was the husband of Leah F. Bloomensaat Fulmer.
Inurnment will be private in the Lake View Cemetery in Jamestown.
