Robert M. “Bob” Lundmark

Robert M. “Bob” Lundmark, 87, of Russell, Pa., went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, June 22, 2019.

He was born June 22, 1932, in Warren, Pa., the son of the late Herbert and Emma Abplanalp Lundmark.

Bob was a 1950 graduate of Warren High School. For 40 ½ years, he was employed at MRC Bearings in Jamestown and Falconer, where he held many roles, retiring in 1993 as a production planner.

He loved all sports, especially beating his sons at golf. He played on the MRC bowling, softball, and golf leagues, and was particularly proud of his “Hole in One” moment in Florida.

A man of faith, he was a lifelong member of Wiltsie Community Church, where he served in many leadership and teaching capacities. Bob’s greatest achievement was living out his faith in the Lord and sharing that faith with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Mary Alice (Walter) Lundmark; a sister, Jane Lesh of New Castle, Calif.; seven children: one daughter, Karen Enright of Jamestown, N.Y.; five sons all from Russell, Pa.: Dennis (Donna) Lundmark, Wayne (Sheila) Lundmark, Dale (Kathy) Lundmark, Ken Lundmark and Barry (Mindy) Lundmark; a step daughter, Jeanette Walter of Lander, Pa.; 12 grandchildren: Kelli (Jerry) West of Worthington, W.Va., Beth Wagner of Jamestown, Beau (Susie) Lundmark of Minot, N.D., Riley Lundmark of Tallahassee, Fla., Jennifer Lundmark, Bobby (Kelly) Lundmark, Jeremy (Alison) Lundmark, all of Jamestown, Joshua (Chelsea) Lundmark of Warren, Pa., Sarah (Royce) King of Corry, Pa.,, Aaron Lundmark of Lancaster, N.Y., Abigail Lundmark of Russell, Pa., and Gabe Walter of Lander, Pa; 13 great-grandchildren; three great-great- grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Louise (Morrison) Lundmark; and his brother, Chester Lundmark.

A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 27, 2019, at the Wiltsie Community Church. The Rev. Todd Venman will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2019, in the Lind Funeral Home and for one hour prior to the service Thursday in the church.

Burial will be private in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
